Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders for stocked printer hardware are processed and scheduled for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We provide standard ground delivery across all states. Average transit times range from 3 to 7 business days. Express delivery options (next-day/two-day) are available upon request for office emergency replacements.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all printer and scanner orders exceeding $100. Accessories and individual cartridge shipments are subject to a nominal flat fee calculated during checkout.

4. Package Verification

Due to the heavy weight and delicate nature of laser printers and scanners, we recommend inspecting the outer cardboard packaging for physical damage before signing for the delivery. If the package has suffered visible impacts, reject the delivery and inform our support team immediately.
