We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and unused printer hardware and scanning equipment. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original packaging with all factory seal tapes intact, along with all accessories, cables, and sample inks.
If you receive a printer that fails to boot or suffers from manufacturing defects out of the box, contact us immediately. We will coordinate a replacement dispatch or a full return label at no cost to you.
Due to safety and shelf-life restrictions, we cannot accept returns on opened ink cartridges, toners, or printhead accessories once their inner plastic shielding has been pierced.
If you purchase technical support services and our technicians are unable to establish contact or diagnose your issue within 48 hours, a full refund of the support fee will be processed.
